The Sandhill Relocation website (the “Site”) located at https://www.sandhillrelo.com/ is operated by AIM International Inc. (“Sandhill Relocation”). Sandhill Relocation is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. To that end, we have prepared this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to describe our information gathering and dissemination practices and our data protection practices for the Site; it does not apply to other online or offline AIM International Inc. sites, products or services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Service located within the Sandhill Relocation Service Agreement and Sandhill Relocation Membership Agreement (the “Terms of Service”), capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms of Service.

Here’s what we collect from you when you use the Service:

“User-Provided” Information: When you sign up or register through this Site for the Service, we ask you to provide certain information, including information that is considered “personally identifiable information” (that is, information that would allow us to directly identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number). If you decide to go forward with the transaction and book a move with a participating transportation service provider, we will ask you to provide financial information, including credit card and other billing information, to process and bill you for the transaction. “Automatically Collected” Information: When you use the Service we may automatically record certain information about your use from your web browser such as your IP address.
